If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide there, including the contact data you enter, will be stored by us for the purpose of handling your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
The following is collected: name, email address, optionally your telephone number, the service selected and your message. Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. The enquiry is forwarded to us by email; no further storage takes place on the web server.
This data is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Where your enquiry is aimed at taking steps prior to entering into a contract, processing is additionally based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by informal email. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data ceases to apply (for example once your enquiry has been dealt with). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
To protect against automated submissions, the form contains a field that is invisible to you and checks how long the form took to complete. No personal data is transmitted to third parties in this process and no cookies are set.
This website uses the web analytics service Google Analytics 4 – only with your explicit consent. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics allows us to analyse how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, how they reached the website and whether an enquiry was made via the contact form, an email link or a phone link. Among other things, page views, approximate location (country, city), technical information about browser and device, and a randomly generated identifier are stored. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses; they are discarded before storage.
Consent and legal basis
Google Analytics is only loaded after you click "Accept" in the consent banner. Before that, no connection to Google Analytics is established and no cookie is set. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page and choosing "Decline". The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Cookies
After your consent, Google Analytics sets the cookies "_ga" and "_ga_<ID>" to recognise visitors across several page views. They are valid for a maximum of 24 months and are deleted from this website if you withdraw your consent.
Transfer to the USA
It cannot be ruled out that data is transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists in this respect (Art. 45 GDPR).
Data processing agreement and retention
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. Analytics data is automatically deleted in Google Analytics after 14 months.

This website uses the fonts "Inter" and "Playfair Display". They are stored locally on our web server and loaded from there. No connection to Google or other third-party servers is established for this purpose when you visit a page.
Links to social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) are integrated on our website. These are only integrated as links to the corresponding services. After clicking on the integrated text link, you will be redirected to the page of the respective provider. Only then is user information transmitted to the respective provider.
